General
Cancellation, refund, and modification rules depend on the product (rooms, restaurant prepaid offers, food delivery, hall bookings) and the rate plan you selected. Always review the conditions shown at checkout and in your confirmation message.
Hotel rooms
Eligible refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method where possible. No-shows and late cancellations may be charged according to the booked rate policy.
Restaurant & food delivery
Once preparation or dispatch has started, orders may not be cancellable. Incorrect or quality issues should be reported immediately through the contact channels on your receipt or the Contact page.
Event halls
Hall bookings may require deposits. Deposit forfeiture and refund timelines are defined in your signed quotation or event agreement.
